From Steven Taylor.

I went to audible.com to update my credit card details as I have a new
expiration date to put in.

Did everything it said to do went to save changes to be told what I did was
invalid.

Got Amanda to check the screen to insure I had valid information in all fields
then resubmitted the information once more again not valid.

Tried a third time to be told now there was an error and was given some United
States 1800 number inaccessible for Australian audible users.

Looked them up in international directory t discover they had only the 1800
inaccessible number listed.

So now have contacted them via email and they can now ring me at some ungodly
Australian hour and sort it out.

But one would think this would be accessible or at least tell you a direct
telephone number you can ring from Australia at any rate.

Cheers.

Steven.
