For those who might not have Excel, I converted the sheet into a PDF file:

(This may not appear exactly like what Tom might have printed before,
since I likely don't have the same font. I also added a title to the page
as well as Tom's name on the bottom.)
I also took the output from http://imagiware.com/astro/skycalendar.cgi for
Phoenix for the remainder of the year plus next year. One month per page.
