[AZ-Observing] Re: too cheap to buy an almanac

I generated this Excel table for 2003 moonrise and moonset at the 
beginning of the year using the USNO site.

As for sunset, just use 5:30 for a couple months around the winter 
solstice, 7;30 for a couple months around the summer solstice, and 6:30 
at the equinoxes.
