Thanks to all for the suggestion. Actually I was hoping that was the case - a silly error that is easily overlooked. Unfortunately this is not the case. I checked the manual and it, clearly, say minus to the west and plus to the east of the Prime Meridian. To assist there is a Mercator map on the last page showing all the time zones. For Arizona it is -7 hours and that is what has been in the hand controller since the beginning. Thanks to Steve, Gene, Rick T and Jeff for the help. I'll give Orion a call this afternoon, as I should be over my stomach virus then. Will keep you posted.
