[AZ-Observing] Re: magnificent Moonbow, Thursday midnight

Could this be a pollution ring from the heavy pollution in the Valley? 
It might not be directly from the pollution, but maybe the pollution is 
enhancing a naturally occurring ring. If so, how lucky you all are to be 
living in such a heavily polluted area. :-)
