[AZ-Observing] Why is it.....????

Why is it that lately every single Sat. nite that plans are made to go out, 
that the forecast, which earlier in the week was "clear and sunny", suddenly 
changes to "Partly cloudy", or "mostly cloudy", or "Cloudy with chance for 
rain"?  I get the feeling that someone is playing both sides against the middle 
with Ma Nature.....

Otherwise, if it looks clear, I'm headed to Cherry Rd.
