Well stan I don't know about Choroplasts moving around but those sausage
things you were looking at were bacteria. Those kinds of bacteria that exist
in
our foods actually help us digest our food. They also help to make Cheese
and ferment fruits to make beer and other fun drinks. Don't worry thoough as
long as you are from the planet Earth the bacteria for the most part are
harmless. If you came from Alpha Centauri you might have a problem :-)
