[AZ-Observing] Weekend Weather Guess

Currently (8 a.m. Thursday), Environment Canada's cloud and transparency
simulations run out to 0h UT on the 26th, or 5 p.m. Friday.  They look
promising for Friday night, at least, and again show that there's no place
in the U.S. you'd want to be for observing other than the Southwest. 
Forecast discussions indicate some possible cirrus dragging through
Saturday from a trough that's passing well to our north.
