I am NOT, repeat NOT, moving to Minnesota.  Remember me--born in Florida,
raised in Southern California, stationed in Hawaii and then moved to
Arizona for the past 33 years!!  I don't do cold winters.

If any of us actually had control of the weather, do you think they would
keep quiet, rather than charge us a generous fee for clearing out the
clouds??
