[AZ-Observing] Weather for Saturday night

Well, here we go again.

It is Thursday afternoon as I write this and there is hardly a cloud in the
sky. If you look at the western satellite image there is a giant band of
clouds (not rain, mind you, just clouds) coming at us from the southwest.

With that in mind I may have to move the Novice Group at Flatiron to March.
It will be the weekend before the Messier Marathon if that turns out to be
the way of it. My computer says that is Saturday, March 18th. That is an
early Moonrise night, 10:30 if I remember correctly, but we can at least
take another shot at a Novice Group meeting if the clouds move in.

Give me until Saturday afternoon to decide, say 3 PM or so.

Stay tuned;

Steve Coe
