[AZ-Observing] Re: Vekol Rd & the Sonoran Desert National Monument

    Rich Hanson is our contact who gave the Ok for our use of the 
Antenna site. He has said in an e-mail to me this:

 I appreciate you taking the time to contact BLM and to be a good land
steward. Call or e-mail me anytime if there are questions. Hopefully, the
dark skies can be maintained for a while between LA and PHX.

He has told me on the phone that we are in very good standing as our use 
has not impacted the land. He also enjoys the night skies when he is 
able to get out.
