[AZ-Observing] Re: Vekol Rd. Rest Area Proposal - Bumper to bumper article

As I wrote last week, my wife's coworkers husband works for ADOT. He has 
actually been quoted by Mr. Petrie of the Republic on several occasions. I 
hope to have a contact name within ADOT regarding this matter this week. I'll 
let you all know  what I find out.
