[AZ-Observing] Under African Skies

Everyone is welcome to attend the December meeting of the East Valley 
Astronomy Club tomorrow night at the Arizona Science Center in downtown 
Phoenix (600 E. Washington). The meeting will be held in Dorrance 
Planetarium, beginning at 7:30 PM. The guest speaker will be Tom 
Polakis, who will give a presentation on his recent stint as guest 
astronomer at Soussvlei Lodge in Namibia, Africa. If attending, please 
park in the Heritage Square garage (5th Street and Monroe) -- and bring 
your ticket inside for validation... and your parking will only cost $1. 
Jennifer is making reservations at Friday's Front Row for a pre-meeting 
dinner for those who are interested - she'll post the details later.
