     Certainly not from the original source.  You can of course download
the whole thing directly from the USNO-Flagstaff ftp site, but most folks
have trouble keeping a connection long enough to get the ~6Gb of data.
I know that a number of Arizona amateurs involved in asteroid work have
copies, and perhaps one of them might be willing to loan you the discs.
