It is possible, but this only occurs near opposition.
Currently (10:00 p.m. MST), Callisto is transiting Jupiter with Ganymede's
shadow transiting just below it. I'm using WinJupos software, and it shows
Callisto's shadow beginning its transit at about 1:20 Tuesday morning, when
Jupiter is pretty low in the southwest.
