[AZ-Observing] Re: Total Eclipse from Phoenix and Tempe

At Dewey (near Prescott) it was completely overcast from horizon to 
horizon, and mostly raining (as it is now), during the entire duration 
of the eclipse and through the night. If this was snow-wow. More than 
likely it will probably  be dry and cold during the official winter.
