[AZ-Observing] Tonight near Prescott

If anyone is ready to go and is inclined, I am pretty certain it will be
clear tonight at the Cherry site. At worse there will be a small cumulus
here and there. I don't know about the wind though. It is always usually
windy here before nightfall, but almost always falls off.
