The AZ Republic has a good article on the amount of rain we have been
getting at

It appears it really has been a very unusual winter, and my grumbling
about the amount of rain at my place may have a real basis. Mt. Union,
SE of Prescott has gotten 19.33 inches since January 1st. Yet another
month of this according to Brian's sysnopsis of the Weather Service's
forecast? Ugh.
