[AZ-Observing] Supernova in NGC 936

Another visual supernova discovery from Bob Evans in Australia.
This is in the bright galaxy NGC 936, not far from M77 in Cetus.
The object is reported at V mag. 13.4 on July 30.4 UT, and the
location is 13" east and 15" south of the center. Nominal position
of the SN is: 2 27 38.4 -01 09 35 (J2000). The spectrum indicates
a type Ia supernova about a week past maximum.
Details are on IAU Circular 8171. Designation is SN 2003gs.
