Just what the Phoenix metro area needs, eh? You think the freeways are
in a state of gridlock now, you ain't seen nothing yet. I wonder how
much bigger the light dome from Phoenix will become? Possibly enough to
shut down some of the professional astronomy work currently going on in
Arizona?
