[AZ-Observing] Re: Star Party Rules

why not something as simple as a "bullhorn" used by one of us, and an 
announcement made once or twice as it starts to get good and dark:

"please be courteous if leaving before morning and give warning of interior 
lights or headlights....."


whatever, but some nicely crafted reminder a few times before dark, when 
hopefully everyone has arrived and is settled in.  it would of course 
require a "handoff" of the bullhorn or loudspeaker to a designated speaker 
since the same people can't show up at every star party.

just a thought...
