[AZ-Observing] Space Shuttle STS-116 has docked with ISS

Well Space Shuttle has docked with ISS and we should get the good passes this 
time for a change. Dec 14 thru 19, with Dec 15 looking really good for 
starters. Plus all are clustered around 6-7 pm.
