[AZ-Observing] Southern Milkyway over Thunderstorm

HI all,

Our latest trip to the Outback of Australia was great fun - 4 priceless nights
of astro imaging, a week of digging dinosaurs, and another week traveling,
fossil collecting and meeting old and new friends. Here is the first of what
will be many new postings from this trip, a 17mm wide angle shot on the
Auroracam II mount of the Southwestern sky right after twilight.

You can see many familiar sights here - Alpha Centauri, Eta Caraina and the
star cluster gems round the southern cross. Our latitude was -21 here, and the
sky measured 21.6 mag on the SQM.
