[AZ-Observing] Re: Sentinel Report

I just got back from a trip and so I haven't been able to get involved
in this interesting discussion about the danger at Sentinel from
illegals. The solution is simple. All we need to do is have armed
patrols roving around the perimeter of the telescope field. I would
suggest they be armed with something as formidable as a machine gun,
hand grenades (or whatever the current technology is), night vision
goggles, and maybe a taser. Perhaps observers could take turns doing
patrol duty (this might be difficult to coordinate at the MM because of
the short window everyone has to get all 110 objects), and maybe
familiarity with various guns and other weaponry as well as combat
fighting could be a question on the form new SAC members fill out.

(timid) Stan
Just my two cents worth.
