[AZ-Observing] Re: Sentinel Report

I think most people are concerned with drug smugglers and coyotes who
cross the border for big money and highly illegal purposes. The guy
looking for a low paying, labour law exempt job isn't the threat.

This is deja vu all over again. I raised the same concern about the
Vekol site after having an interaction with law enforcement on Vekol
Road. 

I don't want to discount their words, but I tend to think that they
would prefer that there were no oddball legitimate users of the back
country. It is much harder for them to do their job if they have to
use judgement and can't assume that everyone they see at night is a
bad guy. Or so I think when I am feeling extra cynical.
