[AZ-Observing] Sentinal-Scwaar Star Gaze access

With all the talk about access to Sentinal last week I was wondering if 
there was any concern that this will still be an issue come March 8th? I 
seem to recall someone saying that they were told the construction would 
take a number of weeks.
