[AZ-Observing] Seeing and wavefront errors...

Hey All, 
Can someone shed some light on a subject for me?  Is there a way to 
"guesstimate" the wavefront error of given seeing conditions?  I'm not *really* 
looking for hard facts, though I will graciously look through any and all info 
I receive, but rather, a simple "5 of 10 night is roughly equal to 1/2 wave, 
and 8 of 10 is roughly 1/8 wave", or something along those lines....There's 
probably a simple test inside one of my books somewhere.
