Hi Jeff,
I saw his similar post on the AstroVideo e-mail list. Some folks
responded there about video instrumentation.
I thought about responding and mentioning the IOTA and also ALPO programs.
I think ALPO used to have a section devoted to Jovian satellite events,
don't know if that is still active or not. Rik Hill in Tucson would be
a good contact for ALPO. Of course, the GPS based video timing
techniques used by IOTA would suit this project very well.
