Here's a short report on last night at Sentinel. Arriving at 3PM there was a
pretty good wind of course,
but it died down around 7PM . Steve Smith and Dean Salmon from Tucson showed up
also. The night
was just exceptional once the moon set , we rated it a 9+ . We saw a huge
meteor starting below Canis
Major and going all the way through Perseus, plus lots of smaller ones all
night long. I finally called it quits
at 3:30 after shooting Tricolor with the 2 Schmidts of the Witch head, and
noticing the temperature was 21.5
degrees F. BRRRR!!
