[AZ-Observing] Re: Refinery near Sentinel?

Skip the geography lesson. I'm saying it COULD end up there, no way of
telling, as Yuma residents have not been heard from on this. (It could even
end up outside of Gila Bend, as the residents there say they are always
looking for 'refinement'. :-)  ).
