Absolutely!  This whole thing will take years, if not decades, to get around
all the
tree/cactus/shrub/rock huggers, not to mention the sheer logistics.  Anyway,
while
I'm all for a refinery (done right, that is...), even if it ends up close to
Sentinel,
NOW is the time to start asking questions.

There's a really big gap between protecting the environment and making
progress.
Once that's realized by both sides, then a WIN-WIN situation can come about.
