It had to happen. This state is growing by leaps and bounds - I'm just surprised that it hasn't happened long before this. Based upon our last gasoline shortage a few months back, I suspect that there's going to be a lot of support for a refinery here in Arizona. Since most folks don't want a refinery in their suburban back yard, putting it far out in a dark desert is no big deal to the politicians.
