Aside from the probable light pollution, putting an air polluting
business West of us because the regulations are less there makes
little sense. remember, the prevailing winds are FROM the West. See
the smoke in the sky this week? That's coming from the West out near
Yuma.

The effect of putting an industry that spews air pollution further
West is that it then pollutes more of Arizona.
