I am able to open both of these files ['dbls.fil'] and ['seeing.vis'] using my 
standard text editor
(UltraEdit).

I am not familiar with the ".fil" or ".vis" extensions, nor is my Apple 
computer.  

I would like to review these.  Any hints on opening these is appreciated, or 
can you reformat as PDF
or as a standard ."doc"?
