[AZ-Observing] Plot of NGC Data

Just for fun, I created plots of the RA and DEC verses the NGC number (data
from the NGC/IC web site).  The results are interesting.  The RA has a
strong"S" shape and the DEC has quite a dip where the LMC is, otherwise it
isbiased to the north.
