[AZ-Observing] Re: PHX area weather Sunday night [Was: Re: Monday Night

No snow on the ground up here in Fountain Hills tonite (yet) at 1910 ft
elevation in the foothills. It rained all day. Much snow was seen on
the Four Peaks range, down past the ridge line, and on the other peaks
to the north, when it cleared for awhile before sunset. I saw a trace
of snow on the tips of the highest peaks in the McDowells, to the west
of me. Nice, thin crescent "smiley" Moon tonite in the west through a
gap in the clouds, and Orion riding high through another gap to the
east. No imaging for me tonite, though. It is 38deg F OAT somewhere
nearby (evidently a neighbor's radio thermometer, which registers on one
of my atomic clocks....) My desktop PC stopped working while trying to
image the Trapezium with my Meade DSI-Pro CCD camera last Sat. night, at
37 deg. F in the garage. The PC and camera survived, however, unlike
AJ's hand controller....
