[AZ-Observing] Re: Other pictures from Vekol 2 weeks ago

NGC 205 is an elliptical galaxy, so it would require an exposure and image
scale capable of resolving stars to show structure. However, Jon's image is
deep enough to show the tidal tail that points roughly toward the center of
M31. Until now, I had thought that level of detail was reserved for the likes
of the Hallases and Gendlers of astroimaging.

By the way, there are globular clusters in NGC 205 that probably show up in
Jon's image. I don't know how many of the eight globular clusters in NGC 205
on this site have been confirmed as globulars.
