You need to disable quote-encoding somehow.  It's inserting line-breaks
(the " =" at the end of lines) and hexadecimalizing non-ASCII characters
(the "=XX").

Otherwise your message appears OK.

I suspect the reason quote-encoding has problem is related to the lack of
HTML E-mail on this list.  I disabled the latter, and it's affecting
quote-encoding too.
