Scanning through all the Arizona ClearSkyClocks as updated
with the Thursday evening model run, one can surmise that heading
south and west from PHX is most likely to produce the clearest sky
(i.e. for instance Vekol somewhat better than Flatiron). This is for
Friday night. You'll have to wait until tomorrow to get a look at
Saturday night. Recall that last week the CSC predicted the clearing
(and the bad seeing) correctly within 1 hour by the clock for Flatiron,
and did so 12 hours in advance and in contraindication to the NWS
forecast. Look like SE Arizona is going to be cloudy Friday night.
