I am glad to see that you figured out that this was a hoax.  By the way, if
you check it out you will find out that Mississippi is was up on the list,
ahead of Arizona is their educational system. Mississippi is ahead in both
test scores, and what they spend on each child, I a sorry to say.  I was
raised and educated in Mississippi, and it is my wish, that my kids and
grandkids would have a better education that I did, but as long as we live
in Arizona, this probably will not happen.

Sorry about that post. It appears to be a hoax. I read it in detail, 
but not far enough.

With some places still pushing for teaching of creationism in 
schools, I guess it's not hard to believe some people may push most 
anything.
