[AZ-Observing] Need a dome?

Greetings,

I have received a call from a woman in NE Phoenix who has a dome in her 
backyard. She would like the dome to occupy someone else's backyard. It is 
approximately 12' in diameter. She is willing to give it away, if the recipient 
is willing to remove it and the concrete it is sitting on. 
It is located in the vicinity of 32nd Street and Shea.
