For weather-planning purposes, the Flagstaff forecast discussion
and actual weather forecasts from the National Weather Service are here:
http://nimbo.wrh.noaa.gov/Flagstaff/prod_list.html
...and the 'Clear Sky Clock' for Flagstaff is here:
http://www.cleardarksky.com/c/FlagstaffAZkey.html?1
Recent results from this for the cloud-cover (i.e. low clouds) and
transparency (i.e. high clouds) have been mixed, but has had some
remarkable accuracy with isolated events the last couple months.
Since the site is not on a hilltop, seeing is likely to be
strongly dependent on katabatic flows (cool air drainage) during
the course of the night.
