It's a wonderful picture of the SF Peaks, but it would be interesting to see 
what the skyglow is like looking back _toward_ Flagstaff. I enjoyed my time in 
Flagstaff and it was difficult to leave, but the town has grown by ten-fold 
since the late '70s.

idea that one can get pretty good sky close to a small city when
effective and enforced lighting codes are in place....and that
