[AZ-Observing] More on Flagstaff night-sky shot

     I now hear from Dan Duriscoe that indeed the image is a 
back-to-back composite.  So there's nothing exceptional here
techniques-wise.  The main point, of course, was to promote the
idea that one can get pretty good sky close to a small city when
effective and enforced lighting codes are in place....and that
such a sky is worth having.
