[AZ-Observing] Re: More NGC/IC coordinates

I use Windows XP Pro and tried pasting the URL into my browser.  That seemed
to work, except that the status bar said I was connected to
ftp://ftp.lowell.edu etc. and the "fuel gauge" icon at the lower right
showed some progress bars, but after 45 minutes, it still has not
downloaded.  I'm stymied!
