[AZ-Observing] Re: Mars Naked Eye Opportunity Tomorrow Morning

I've observed Mars a few times during the day this year through my
dob. Even if it isn't visible naked eye, it makes a very nice color
contrast of pink and blue through a scope. Details aren't too bad
even in daylight, though things get washed out. 

I have a non-tracking, non-goto dob so I had to track by hand until
daybreak to see this. Much easier if you have a drive or goto.
Starting observing in the dark and continuing until the sun hits your
head is an interesting experience.
