From this afternoon's forecast discussion: :"HIGH CLOUDS WILL BE ON THE
INCREASE ONCE AGAIN ON SATURDAY AS A SHORT WAVE TROUGH PASSES ACROSS THE
INTERMOUNTAIN WEST TO OUR NORTH OF OUR CWA."
...unlike this morning's cirrus clouds, which spun up from the southwest. High
clouds would have prevented anybody at the site from seeing M30 either this
morning or Wednesday morning, so you can't complain that it's only cloudy on
Saturday nights.
No chance of hail, rain, fog, or even dew this weekend, so I'll be there.
Tom
