Frank,
Does your 12.5" RC with CCD weigh 70lbs by themselves or are you
including the weight of the counterweights? My 12" SCT weighs about
40lbs plus another 10 lbs in accessories so about 50lbs alone but
with probably 20lbs in counterweights the total will be around 70lbs.
I was told this is no problem for the MI250. Is your experience
different? If your OTA/CCD is 70lbs alone plus another 20-30lbs in
weights then I can see that would be at the upper edge of the MI250.
So how much are you asking for it? (You can private email me if you
like).
A Paramount ME? Boy do I envy you! I would love one of those.
Thanks,
John
