[AZ-Observing] Lunar Eclipse Plans?

I wondered what the eclipse viewing options near Phoenix are for
Wednesday. I am aware of two options: EVAC's event at the Gilbert
Riparian Preserve and the Arizona Science Center's public viewing in
downtown Phoenix. Are there any other options at the edge of town where
the eclipsed moon would be seen against a darker sky? Since it will be in
the east-southeast, I am thinking about locations such as Picketpost
Mountain trailhead or somewhere along the Beeline Highway near Four Peaks.
Weather is not looking favorable, by the way. Let's hope the NWS is
predicting the arrival of rain too early, as they did last week.
Also, I wonder how times in the past decade or so has the moon risen (or
set) during a partial eclipse as seen from Arizona. Sure seems like a lot
of times.
