I use: http://www.wrh.noaa.gov/satellite/1km/Phoenix/VIS1PHX.GIF
It includes southern Arizona, the northern limit is about the Grand
Canyon. Think there's one centered on Tucson, but I don't consider the
Mexico and New Mexico portions useful.

This image is good 24 hours a day. It also provides details on how cold
the cloud tops are. But since this one 4km resolution and there are no
county lines included, it's harder to use.
